Your exploration begins with a visit to The Lama Temple –one of the largest and most important Tibetan Buddhist monasteries in the world.The principal components are three exquisite memorial archways and five major halls, all of which stand on a north-south axis. The total area of the compound calculated from the southernmost memorial archway to the lamasery; s northernmost point is 66,400 square meters.
Then walking though the Hutong to Temple of Confucius .Located on Guozijian Street inside Anding Gate, the Temple of Confucius in Beijing is the place where people paid homage to Confucius during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368), Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) and Qing Dynasty (1644-1911). Its neighbor in the west isBeijing Imperial Academy (Guozijian), which was the institute of the highest education well preserved in China
Contunue to the Beijing Muslim Quarter–Niu jie Ox Street Mosque.Ox Street Mosque have more than 1,000 years old,attendants here claim there are 200,000 Muslims in Beijing and altogether 68 Mosques which this is Beijing’s oldest and largest mosque sits at the center of the Muslim Quarter.
Stop at a Local Muslim Restaurant for lunch
Then visit the White Cloud Taoism Temple..It has an area of 6,000 square meters with a floor space of 10,000 square meters.It is the chief temple of Quan Zhen Taoist Sect and one of the three big center temples for the Quan Zhen Taoist Sect.But now,it is the place where the Chinese Taoist Association and the Chinese Taoist College are located.
Lastly, you are arranged to visit the Eastern Cathedral, one of the oldest Catholic Churches in Beijing
Return to hotel around 5pm
