Terms and Conditions
This part is a legal agreement between you and Discover Beijing Tours. Please read carefully the terms and conditions before making reservation of tour and tour-related products listed on www.discoverbeijingtours.com.
By becoming a customer of Discover Beijing Tours team, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed with the following “Terms and Conditions”, and irrevocable consent to be bound by all said in “Terms and Conditions”, including any updates terms. Discover Beijing Tours has the right to change the Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time with or without notice.
Quotation
1. Following items are included in our tour rate:
A. Entrance fees
Tour rate includes entrance fee for scenic spots as listed in the itinerary. The visit of additional spots and change of the spots might result in the extra charge for the entrance ticket, transportation and guide service.
B. Private car / van Transfers
Our tour rate is based on the private transfer between airports, hotels and all sightseeing spots. If separate arrivals and departures are requested, there will be extra charges.
C. Personal Guide & Driver service
Our tour price has included the fare for the guide and driver service. Normally without any special request, we will assign the English-speaking guide and driver in each city. For the group of 10paxs or more, we will assign a national guide to take care of the group.
D. Meals as listed in the itinerary
Meals as listed in the itinerary have been included in our tour rate. Without special request for buffer lunch and dinner or famous local delicacy, our meal is a standard meal which includes the breakfast inside the hotel and Chinese styled lunch and dinner at local restaurant. In our itinerary, “B” stands for western breakfast in your hotel (When few hotels have no western breakfasts, in this case, “B” stands for Chinese breakfast.). “L” stands for Chinese Lunch in local Chinese restaurant. “D” stands for Chinese dinner in local Chinese restaurant.
E. The fare for Domestic flights or trains as listed in the itinerary.
Without special request, our rate will normally include the airfare of economy-class for the domestic flights as specified in the itinerary. Please note that business-class tickets cost 30% more than economy-class tickets, and first-class tickets cost an extra 50%. Children over 12 are charged adult fares and kids between two and 12 pay half-price.
Our tour price also includes the fare for trains. As for foreigners, we always recommend to take the soft sleeping berth or soft seat which is more comfortable.
F. Service Charge & Government Taxes.
Our tour rate has included the service charge and all government taxes already.
G. Luggage Transfers between airports and hotels
For big group, sometimes we will use the luggage van to transfer your big suitcases from the airport to the hotel or from hotel to the airport. The fare has been included in our price already.
2. Following items are not included in our tour fare:
A. without special request, our tour rate normally does not include Entry or Exit China International Airfare or train tickets.
B. Visa Fees.
C. Gratuities, Tips to guides or drivers.
D. Meals not specified in the itineary.
E. Any personal charges such as excess baggage , phone bills , postage , laundry or drinks .
F. Charges arising from deviation.

Itinerary Making
Step 1: Select a Tour: Brower our tours pages to select the tours that most suit you. After selecting the tour of your choice, please click the ” 
” button in the middle of the web page to get to the booking page. If you have any questions about this tour just click the” Leave a massage ” red button at the buttom of the rightside, ask your questions there. Our online travel advisors will answer your questions within one working day.If you want to tailor make your own holiday, then please click “
” button in the price form to get to the customize your tour page.
Step 2: Learn about our policies: We assume that you carefully read our web pages with information about your rights and our policies: Terms and Conditions Payment and Cancellation Policy.
Step 3: Provide us with details of your travel plans: Please fill in the information on the booking page. Some questions are voluntarily, but keep in mind that our travel advisors need as much information as possible to create the perfect vacation for you.
Step 4: Submit Your Booking: After filling all the necessary information, please click the ” Submit Your Information。
We may send you again a message with specific questions if the information that you provided in your booking request and in your sent e-mail is not clear to us. Your answers will enable us to prepare a proposal offering you the best deals.

Step 5: Secure and Confirm your booking.
After collect the informaiton, Discover Beijing tours will send you a confirmation voucher and the invoice (if your tour require deposit), please email us back to make sure you did received the voucher,the tour will be confirmed once the deposit made or email us back
If you want to customize your tour, then at Step 5, our team will
Design an itinerary for you and prepare a quote: With your answers to our questions we will design a plan for your tour including details of sightseeing trips and flight schedules. We may not, at this stage, be able to provide the domestic flight numbers in the itinerary but will indicate these by ‘late pm flight to Beijing’ or ‘am flight’.
Step 6: Amend the proposed itinerary: Carefully check our proposal and feel free to amend the itinerary by changing cities, travel sites, or flights. You may ask as many questions as you like when tailoring your tour.
Step 7: Revise itinerary and send a new quote: We will answer all your questions. With your additional requests and amendments we will revise the original itinerary and send it to you with a new quotation. Steps 5 and 6 may be repeated until you are completely satisfied with the final tour plan.
Step 8: Accept our proposal and complete the payment procedures: When you have finished ‘Perfecting your tour’, received our final proposal and decide to accept our offer, there are only two things left to do:
– Send us an e-mail stating your acceptance of our offer
– Complete the payment procedures as you can find in our e-mail send to you.
Step 9: Secure and confirm your booking: Upon receiving your deposit, we will immediately start making the reservations through Discover Beijing Tours. All of the flights, hotels and other items in the itinerary were available at the time we made the proposal.
However, we are not able to guarantee their availability until we have secured the bookings after receiving your deposit. The earlier that you confirm our proposal, the more likely we can adhere to the proposed itinerary.
Step 10: Confirm your booking : The process of confirming your tour will take 1-10 days depending on how early we receive your acceptance of our offer and the uniqueness of your tour .If required for your visa application we will e-mail or fax you a ‘Reservation Confirmation’ on our company stationery.
Step 11: Send you a confirmation letter: After the tour reservations are confirmed and payment is received we will send you a letter with the confirmation code and, when applicable, tour vouchers

We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment(deposit),the rest can be paid either by US Dollar or Chinese Rmb upon arrival

To book us you don’t have to pay deposit if your tour doesn’t including the airplane or train tickets booking,airport /train station/port tansfer.We require your hotel’s reservation information,and under which name the room was booked.Then you can pay to our guide or driver at the beginning of the tour.
If your tour does including airport /train station/port tansfer, or train /plane tickets then a Deposit (between 20-100USD) is required
2.Visa or Master Card secure online payment via PayPal.

3:Wire transfer.If you are booking your tour 30 days before your departure date, you may choose to make the payment by wire transfer.

Important Notes for those who make the payment through wire transfer:
1. Please include your tracking code on the transfer sheet when you are making wire transfer in the bank.
2: It may take up to 10 days for your payment to reach our account. We recommend you to use the Bank of China to conduct the wire transfer which will be faster than using other banks.
Tour Amendments
Before your booking has been processed, you can still make changes of your itinerary free of charge (except any alteration charges are required). We will try our best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, we reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. If such situation arises, the increase or decrease of the tour cost will be recalculated and charged accordingly. If the arranged tour has to be changed due to the client’s own wishes, he or she is supposed to pay for the additional corresponding cost
Cancellation
Your deposit will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. If your reservation can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge.
We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your tour to China. Due to the cancellation we will refund the payment made to Discover Beijing Tours (except any cancellation fee that is applicable). The cancellation fee will be charged as follows:
3 Days Prior to Departure Date; No show guests: 100% of the tour Cost
7-4 Days Prior to Departure Date: 50% of the tour Cost
19-8 Days Prior to Departure Date: 30% of the tour Cost
20 or More Days Prior to Departure Date: 10% of the tour Cost but can be applied for your next reservation within 12 months
Travel Documentation
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and visa or permits at the commencement of travel. All such documentations are the sole responsibility of the client. VisitOurChina may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. We accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation
Health Requirements
A Clients should realize the international travel risk and familiarize themselves with health requirements applicable to the areas they intend to visit. The client is solely responsible for checking the safety and security conditions, vaccination, and other health requirements of governments in countries visited or transited.
Communications
You can contact us via web form from www.discoverbeijingtours.com, email, fax, or phone call. If for any reason, you fail to receive any reply from us in regard of your tour status within 24-48 hours from the time you submitted the request for booking, modifying, or canceling a tour, you are responsible to contact our customer service center at info@discoverbeijingtours.com or phone at 0086-13522069857 (24hours)immediately.
Luggage Allowance
In accordance with regulations of the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China, the free baggage allowance within China is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for business class, and 40kg for first class, plus limited carry-on luggage. Excess baggage charges are the sole responsibility of the client. Regulations within China specify that all suitcases must have a locking device attached. Failure to follow this regulation may result in refusal by airport staff to load suitcases onto the aircraft.
Insurance
Please purchase your own travel insurance, Discover Beijing Tours’s itinerary and tours does not incluidng the travel insurance
Complaints and Claims
Shall you feel unsatisfied with any service we has provided, you agree to notify your local tour guide or your travel agent right away to avoid the potential similar problems from happening again during your trip.
In the event of a complaint or claim for compensation, you agree to inform us by email, regular mail, or facsimile in writing within 15 days from the end of your tour. Relevant receipts and substantiating evidence must be attached to the letter of claim.

Liability & Responsibility
Discover Beijing Tours provides tour information and China tour bookings. Discover Beijing Tours publishes travel information and services gathered from the air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators. Discover BeijingTours will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.
Discover Beijing Tours shall not be responsible for any wrongful or negligent or fraudulent, omissions, changes of itinerary, cancellation or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Discover Beijing Tours
Discover Beijing Tours shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property, alteration of itineraries or cancellation in part or in full, caused by climatic conditions, sea fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars whether or not declared, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, terrorist activities, or any other actions, omissions or conditions beyond Discover Beijing Tours’s control. Neither Discover Beijing Tours nor any of its affiliates or subsidiaries shall be or become liable or responsible for any additional expenses of liability sustained or incurred by the tour member as a result of any of the aforementioned causes
Discover Beijing Tours is not responsible for a client’s failure to comply with customs regulations.
Discover Beijing Tours is not responsible for the theft or loss of any customer’s valuables or items of personal property due to the negligence of the customer.
Discover Beijing Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Discover Beijing Tours has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Discover Beijing Toursis liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.
Many of Discover Beijing tours tour packages include activities which require care and attention. Such activities include boarding and going ashore from boats, climbing hills and entering and exiting tombs and caves etc. You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Discover Beijing tours, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.
Discover Beijing tours reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
