Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge you per transfer not per passenger. Our prices are fixed and there are no hidden charges,and no stops at any teahouses or tourists traps on the way.
Important Notice on Airport and Train Transfer
1) If your flight or train departs from Beijing before 8:00am or after 11:00pm, and arrives at Beijing before 8:00am or after 11:00pm, extra charge US$10 will be added to each car transfer.
2) Your driver or your English speaking tour guide will meet you at the airport or train station holding a piece of paper with your name.
What will happen if we do not meet the driver or the escort guide?
If you are unable to find the driver or the esort guide, please call us at 86 13522069857. Please do not leave the port without informing Us!

Very Important Notice:
The vehicle and passenger number category above is based on the condition that each passenger has maximum two large suitcases. If you have more luggage than usual, please pay more to have a bigger vehicle. For car transfer, only one large suitcase is allowed per person due to the limited space of the Chinese standard car.
Important Notice on Car Rental to the Great Wall
1) The Great Wall car rental service above is limited within 8.5 hours. For extra hour car service, please contact us our trip advisor for new quotations.
2) If you’d like to add additional attractions to the Great Wall car rental service above, if it is on the way and within the time limit,it is free of charge,if it is out of the way,we require extra charge,please contact us for detail

When your reservation is confirmed, you will get a confirmation email from us.
Mode of Payment:
Prepayment is needed to keep your booking. Cash payment, Paypal payment or wire transfer. Both RMB and US$ or other hard currencies are acceptable
About Cancellation
30 days before your trip,free cancellation
20% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 15 working days before the service
50% of the invoice value will be charged for cancellation less than 5 working days before the service.
No show without any advanced notice will be charged fully.
Terms of Services:
Tipping is not compulsory. but tipping is expected by drivers, tour guides and hotel portage.
Tolls,gas and parking fees for all transfer are inclusive..
