Just returned from a cruise to Beijing. We scheduled an extra day in Beijing to see the sights. I booked a day tour with Discover Beijing Tours for three of us. The guide met us at our hotel then the driver picked us up for the tour. The driver was very skilled in maneuvering in Beijing traffic, Sherry our guide spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable in Chinese history. Lunch was at a local neighborhood restaurant where we were the only tourists. (Much different form the bus tour stops). I would highly recommend this tour agency. Their prices are reasonable and there is no deposit required.
