How do I recognize you upon arrival?
Before your arrival, we will ask you to provide us your international flight details including airline company, flight number and time.,your full name.According to these details, one of our representatives will be waiting outside the exit door of the arrivals hall. Our representative will be holding a sign with your name on it.
How are the tours scheduled? Will we be given free time to enjoy the attractions at our own leisure during the tour?
Daily tour itineraries start at around8:00am to 9:00am every morning and finish at around 17:00 to 18:00 in the evening depending on the tour scheduled for that day. On average, the tours usually allow1-2 hours for any place of interest depending on how much there really is to see at the location. Some tour packages will take you to many well-known attractions in one day. All the tours we offer the most comprehensive tour possible and we don’t want the travelers to miss out on anything.
Is it possible to have English speaking tour guides?
Yes, it is. All tour guides in China, have to get licensed by passing an exam. All English speaking tour guides are graduated from university and most of them were enrolled in English. They are well trained in explaining Chinas scenery spots as well as its sights and know how to deal with foreign tourists from western countries. The communication with and the help through our tours guides should consequently be no problem.
How to tip the guide, drivers or the bellboys during our China trip?
Tipping has become a common practice in China, but it is entirely voluntary. The following is just for your reference to tip the tour guides, drivers and the hotel bellboy, if they have delivered a real good service.

What Should I Do If I Can Not Find My Guide?
Upon your arrival: Our guides will surely be waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. However, if for some extraneous reason you cannot find our tour guide upon arriving at the airport, then please use the airport’s free phone to call us at 13522069857(24 hours)for help.
At scenic areas: Some of the popular tourist spots in China can be crowded during the peak seasons and China’s public holidays. Some guests may lose their guide in a crowd. When you find the guide is not with you and can not find he or she in the immediate area, please follow the following steps:
1. First of all, Don’t Panic’. Relax and breathe. Realize that your guide is not far away and he or she is actively looking for you. You will be found soon.
2. Secondly, stay where you are and let the guide find you. Do not move far away. This will ensure that you are found in a timely manner.3. 3:Lastly, if there seems to be a problem with your guide finding you, find the nearest phone and call us and your travel advisor will help you to find the guide
